I and other board members at the air conditioning corporation were to go on a retreat to brainstorm new ideas for the growth and expansion of the corporation, I had been in the indoor comfort business for a while now and I had thought of some ideas that could see the corporation grow and perhaps be eventually listed in the stock exchange market, but so far we have done a wonderful job providing quality services and improving the air quality of residences all over the state! we had started with one employee, an air conditioning provider and now we had over multiple hundred employees with different capabilities.
we had cooling system servicemen handling heating and air conditioning upgrades while the specialists educated the buyers more about air conditioning and how to officially operate and maintain the systems.
We met up for the retreat which would begin on a Thursday and last for multiple days. Some of the ideas presented were to open a training school, where we would qualify air conditioning servicemens before they started working at the corporation. It would be an apprentice program. We also discussed expanding our product line to include quality air conditioners such as multi-split air conditioning and many control units. Another strong system was to design a booklet with directions on correct scheduling of HVAC maintenance plus air conditioning repairs that would guide buyers. we would give the buyers the booklets after a new upgrade, and our mission was to take the cooling industry by storm. We settled on multiple ideas that would need to be actualized. Overall the retreat was a success for our corporation plus time well spent.
