Things are still a bit new to me when it comes to this whole adulting scene.
I’m 29 plus have just bought our first starter home.
It’s not all that much however it’s for sure mine. I just like the idea that I’m not paying rent any longer. I’m building equity while also enjoying things like reliable Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit with replaced Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C technology. That’s a far cry from what was happening in condo life. I truly wasn’t too comfortable when it came to quality heating plus air in either of our apartments. So having new Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit plus good residential Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C is awesome. But having a home has provided a learning curve for me as well. I’m seeing that there are things that just have to get done. There isn’t an office to call any longer when something isn’t right. But the large thing is that all the maintenance stuff for the new home is on me alone. And if I don’t get that sort of stuff done, then I’m doing a dismaintenance to the investment I’ve made. For sure, I had to put some currency into this locale to make it livable. So I plan to live here plus continue to improve the property until I’m ready to start a family if I get that fortunate. Taking care of the investment in Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit is a priority plus really, it’s just logical. Like I said, I see this new home not only as our home however more of a medium term investment as well. So, it just made total sense to me to sign up for the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C maintenance plan provided by the local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company I use. They come out to do heating maintenance in the fall plus follow that up with an air conditioner tune-up in the Spring. I’m covered.
