I really want to work for a different HVAC company, but I don’t know how quickly I will be able to find another HVAC company to work for that can meet my needs. The HVAC company that I work for might be the worst HVAC company on the planet, but they do pay their HVAC technicians well, and the HVAC company also has really good benefits. I just don’t think that I can work for this HVAC company any longer. I have been working for this HVAC company ever since I became a certified HVAC technician. I trained to become an HVAC technician at a trade school, so I didn’t experience my first job as an HVAC technician until after I graduated. This HVAC company has been pretty good to me. I wouldn’t have stayed so long unless it had. The old owner of the HVAC company was really awesome, and he was the one that made sure we were paid well. Sure, the union did help with that, but I know that the owner of the HVAC company would have paid us well anyway. He was a very good guy, and he attracted good HVAC technicians. However, the old owner of the HVAC company passed away, and someone new started working. I really don’t like the new owner of the HVAC company. This HVAC technician is a complete narcissist, and I have a hard time dealing with him. Due to his personality, he tends to draw those kinds of HVAC technicians to him. Most of the other HVAC technicians have left, and I am one of the few that remained. I think that the environment at this HVAC company is toxic, and I need to find a new HVAC company to work for.
