Now that I am signed up I get a free heating and air conditioning inspection and tune-up twice a year, and emergency repair any time I might need it, but they say “you have to spend my savings to make money” and that is 100% true when it comes to your central heating and cooling system. I paid that same $400 in one lump sum, and now I don’t have to reach for my purse when the heating and air conditioning techs come by. On top of that, I get free air filter upgradements, too!
