When you live in an old house there are numerous problems you have to address, and one of which is always regarding the heating plus air conditioner. Heating plus air conditioner technology today is not honestly compatible with older homes the way that things are. But, depending on how much money you are willing to spend, there are ways around this plus you can fix up your old apartment to be totally compatible with today’s heating plus air conditioner technology. In our case, it was the issue that the air flow was not good in the house. And it was due to having entirely old plus old air vents. The air vents could not be replaced without having to totally redo the entire HVAC duct plus heating plus air conditioner plan set up. I was not wanting to spend that much money. But what I could do was invest in something called heating plus air conditioner zone control. With Heating & A/C zone control you get a zoned Heating & A/C plan that will make it to where you can control the temperatures in your apartment in each room to whatever you want them to be. It doesn’t matter if its heating you want in one room plus air conditioner that you want in another. It can be done! There is a control component for each room. This is what I did, plus ever since then, our old house is now fully modern with today’s heating plus air conditioner technology having good air flow plus temperature control! I wouldn’t have it any other way.
