Since she was tied up with other branches, the two of us had a manager at the office to make sure everything was running smoothly, unluckyly, he wasn’t that great at his job and let so multiple things go astray! One of the issues the two of us faced at the office was the heating and cooling. But, he would ignore or lie that an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C expert was coming by to take a look. Eventually, the two of us got fed up and decided to go over his head and alert the dealer owner. She heard our pleas and in no time there was a new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C proposal at the office which made almost everyone quite ecstatic.
