I was watching the HVAC technician closely last week. The last one who was here acted strange. He picked up my cat and kissed it. Kissing your cat isn’t so weird, but kissing it on the lips is gross. The cat is mine, and I don’t kiss it on the lips. I know where those lips and the tongue go. If one more strange HVAC technician came to my house, I was going to use a different HVAC company. I told the HVAC company what happened, and she didn’t think there was anything unusual going on. We talked about the incident that happened with the cat, and she found it amusing. I was ready to call other HVAC companies to see if they would take me on as a customer. When I wasn’t getting any satisfaction from the secretary, I asked to talk to the manager or the owner. She huffed, but she put me through to the HVAC company owner. I told him about the cat incident, and how I was worried something like that would happen again. He apologized and said he would take care of the situation and talk to the HVAC technician. He promised they wouldn’t send that HVAC technician to my house again, and if I ever had more problems, he would take care of it. I wasn’t sure if he was serious, but I thought it was enough to make me try the HVAC company again. I always have the option to switch HVAC companies if I’m not happy with this one, but I’m willing to give them another chance..
