She called Joe, her fiance, and told him what was happening; he mentioned that he knew all about it, because the owner of the heating, ventilation and A/C supplier called and asked if he could make the repair. He told him it was his anniversary that was being disrupted, but he went to the site. It was an easy fix, because all he had to do was hit the reset switch after the electricity came back on. It ruined nothing at the site, and everything was back online. They were doing the decorations, and the anniversary was going to occur on time. She called him her heating, ventilation and A/C hero before hanging up.
