I almost cried when I had fuel delivered and they filled a 250 gallon tank
I didn’t realize how much it was going to cost me when I bought a home, however i was paying rent for ten years before I made the decision! My water, heating, and internet were all included in the rent! Now that I owned the house, I had to pay the mortgage, which was nearly as much as my mortgage, and pay household bills. I was in shock when I saw how much it cost for the electric bill and the internet. I was doubly shocked when I learned how much I had to pay for maintenance on the boiler and the air conditioner. Not only was it the servicing of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, but I had to pay for the fuel to keep the boiler running. I never paid attention to the bills that came in when I was living with my parents, however by the time I was seasoned enough to feel about bills, I was in college and paying rent for an apartment. Now, I was a homeowner, and I had to pay a lot of bills to keep my house, then for the first year, I was living off noodles so I could afford to pay the household bills! Once I got a good task, it became much easier, however the price of fuel for the boiler was still rising. I almost cried when I had fuel delivered and they filled a 250 gallon tank. I took one look at the bill and swore that by next winter, I was going to have a ductless Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, so I would never need to pay another oil bill.
