I asked her what was wrong with the air conditioner. It hadn’t been in use long enough to have a drastic problem that would require an Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman four times in two months. This was becoming an overpriced summer time plus it had barely started. She told me not to worry because she had obtained a service plus repair agreement! All she had to spend my savings for was parts, if they were needed. I was even more curious now. I told her that if the Heating plus Air Conditioning corporation couldn’t figure out the problem, maybe another Heating plus Air Conditioning corporation should be called. When she responded with, ‘Heaven forbid, no!!!’, I knew it was something more than a broken AC unit. I told her to spill the beans. She told me she had a crush on the Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman, however she didn’t know how to approach him. I walked to my sibling’s house, which was only five minutes away, plus I arrived just as the Heating plus Air Conditioning serviceman was getting out of his service van. He was kind of cute, however I didn’t feel he was anything special.
