If you have flu symptom issues, you should feel about getting your air ducts cleaned out professionally! That’s something that I never certainly thought about doing until just recently… I had never even heard of it until a couple of months ago when I saw an ad in one of local pennysaver magazines about duct cleaning.
I started to do some reading on the subject and that is when I decided that it was certainly something that I needed to have done in my own house, as far as I know, my buddy and I have never had the air duct in our dwelling cleaned out at all. The people who lived here before us may have had it done once or twice, even though I don’t feel that they did. As far as I can tell, the air duct in the dwelling has never been professionally cleaned at all, ever since my buddy and I had some remodeling labor done in our dwelling last summer, I have observed that I’ve been having trouble with breathing in the dwelling sometimes. I thought I was imagining it for a while however when I kept having respiratory infections over and over again, I realized that it was an actual concern with the indoor air quality in the house. I finally called up our local Heating and A/C business and hired them to come to the dwelling and do a complete air duct cleaning for us, however now, I don’t have any more breathing concerns and the indoor air quality in the dwelling has never been better! I advise getting your air duct cleaned if you have concerns with your indoor air quality.
