I don’t know anyone genuinely wants to hear that they are now going to have to fork out thousands of dollars for essential stuff.
That’s why I like to sort of have a bit of a plan when it comes to replacing cars, fridges plus stuff like that.
I’m awfully thankful that my plan for the Heating plus A/C device substitutement went as well as it did. Any time I make a plan, I know it’s going to change more than likely. I’ve lived enough life to know that you have to be stretchy when it comes to planning for future events. And that sort of happened to the Heating plus A/C device substitute. When our heat pump hit the 20 years mark, I started setting aside money in a separate bank account each month. I just did it plus didn’t know all that much about it. I figured that if I could save a few years, I’d be mostly covered when the heat pump took the dirt nap. But again, life being life, that’s not at all how it turned out. I just now tapped that bank account as the heat pump just wasn’t going to make it’s 28th Summer. Yep, I had a full on stack of money in that account. I genuinely didn’t realize just how much my associate and I had saved… For sure, my associate and I could have all the Heating plus A/C technology plus the genuinely best in residential Heating plus A/C that my associate and I wanted. And that’s just exactly what my associate and I did. Some of that was because my associate and I just wanted stuff like zone controlled Heating plus A/C plus a smart thermostat. But adding all this Heating plus A/C technology also comes with an eye toward the future. My buddy and I are also adding value to the condo with all this current Heating plus A/C device because it won’t be long until my associate and I sell this condo plus retire.
