My guy and I live in St.
Augustine in a property building that is located on i-95. My buddy and I are undoubtedly close to shopping, pizzerias, and the highway. It’s easy for both of us to get to work, because we can hop on the interstate and drive north or south. Temperatures have been undoubtedly warm and humid during the last couple of weeks. The a/c unit in our property has not been working undoubtedly well. When we moved into the St. Augustine property a few months ago, it was easy to keep the property cool. My guy and I kept the thermostat at 69 degrees and the A/C came on a couple of times throughout the day. After 2 months, my guy and I began to notice a lot of indoor air complications. The uneven temperatures were higher and it seemed like there was more moisture in the air. My buddy and I talked to the maintenance staff about the A/C complications and they told us to change the air filter more frequently. That was last month, and now the cooling system has to be replaced. The maintenance staff contacted a local a/c service contractor to finally look into the moisture complications. That’s when they found the complications with the evaporator coils. The service contractor gave me the awful news and then they told the maintenance director that it was time for my property to be replaced with a new heating and cooling system. There was no way they could argue with the opinion of the professional a/c service and service corporation.
