My brother called me last monthvery miserable because he thought someone was trying to get into his house.

She said that he kept hearing a rattling noise followed by a loud thud in the basement. I was upset because that did not sound like something that would be normal. She lives in an area of neighborhood that has a high crime rate so I felt he had reason to worry. My fiance and I got in the automobile and headed right over to see if my pal and I could figure out what was happening, he said he didn’t want to involve the police if it was nothing because then if there absolutely was a problem they wouldn’t come. When my pal and I arrived my fiance headed down into the basement armed with a baseball bat to see if there was an intruder and found nothing. Well he was down there he did hear the rattling noise and the thud and realized it was coming from the boiler, but he went upstairs to ask my brother about how often he heard the noise and he said absolutely about every 30 minutes or so and then he informed his about where the noise was coming from. He asked about the last time he had his system looked at, although he simply said he had never had anything done. He told his there was absolutely something wrong with it and that he should call an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C contractor right away which he did the following day. When they investigated they found that there was so much air in the lines that each time the system turned on it rattled through the pipes and that was what was causing the noises.
