I thought that I would be a good HVAC technician

When I decided to become an HVAC technician, I honestly thought that I would be a good HVAC technician. I loved to take apart things, and I did not want to go to college. For some reason, those two ideas combined into my mind to form the thought that I would probably be a great HVAC technician. I might be a good HVAC technician if I applied myself, but it is so hard to apply myself as an HVAC technician when I absolutely hate what I do as an HVAC technician. I really wish that I was not an HVAC technician. I have been training to be an HVAC technician for a year, and I still have one year left before I can actually call myself an HVAC technician. However, I highly doubt that will last that long. There is a good chance that I will quit my job as an HVAC technician long before I ever start working for the HVAC company. I honestly just do not enjoy working on HVAC units. I am sure that I could find a similar trade that I like, but I do not like being an HVAC technician. Being an HVAC technician did not come as naturally to me as other things. I do not know why I thought that I would love being an HVAC technician, but I absolutely hate being an HVAC technician. Working on HVAC units is so much harder than I thought that it would be. I guess that my hopes of becoming an HVAC technician are gone, but I am glad that I learned that I do not want to be an HVAC technician now rather than later.
