My partner has told me that both of us need to upgrade the windows in our house, she wants every room to get brand new windows that can open really plus tilt for nice cleaning… My partner is not a spender though. I couldn’t afford to live where I had a heating bill to pay. It is much cheaper for me to live in the south.
