I was enjoying television the other morning and there was a commercial from a local heating and AC repair service.
The commercial was short and quick, but it was funny and it caught my attention. The heating and AC repair service was advertising tune-up services. I decided to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. I unquestionably didn’t guess what to expect, because I have never had a tune-up performed on my heating and AC system. The price of the tune-up was so cheap. I thought I would be able to find out what the unusual sound was coming from the gas furnace for free. When the service specialist arrived, he provided me a copy of a piece of paper that included all of the items that he was going to check while he was there. There were several unusual categories on the list. Each area of the list had a couple of items underneath the heading. The heating and AC specialist cleaned all of the filters and air vents and inspected the HVAC duct, however he also checked to make sure that the temperature control, carbon monoxide detector, and smoke alarms were working properly. He checked all of the electrical affixions to make sure they were slender and free of debris. He also worked on all of the emergency features, safety devices and controls. The appointment was thorough and exhaustive and I was surprised by the amount of work that the specialist performed while he was there. He didn’t notice anything strange or unusual as far as the gas furnace was sad, however I didn’t hear the noise after the tune-up service was performed.
