The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech charged me $59 for a maintenance fee.

When I bought my current Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system, I also bought a maintenance agreement.

I was told it would cover the cost of maintenance and maintenance on the entire Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system for the next two years.

I got a good deal on the maintenance agreement, because I bought it right from the get-go… Last month, I called to have the maintenance done on my air conditioner unit, but when the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker arrived, she charged me $59 for the maintenance fee. I was confused, then she asked me if they hadn’t told me about the maintenance fee when I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business. I shook my head and told him that according to my maintenance agreement, this was free. She said the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company had changed their policy, they were now charging a fee to come to the house. I was livid, and I didn’t hide how angry I was. I told him I would call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company and get this straightened out. She asked me to use a credit card or supply him a check and then my pal and I could get my money reimbursed when I called them. When I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business, they gave me $20 back, but I wasn’t glad. I was going to cancel my maintenance agreement until they gave to waive the maintenance for the remainder of the maintenance agreement. I’m going to consider looking into a odd Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business. I hope this isn’t something all of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C companies are going to do. If they are, I may need to reconsider getting a maintenance agreement.
