Schools should have good indoor air quality

Can you think that some schools still haven’t updated their Heating & A/C systems? Even after the pandemic that my associate and I had, where indoor air quality became a major problem for us all.

  • I understand that installing new Heating & A/C systems is a genuinely luxurious update & the schools need approval plus funding for those updates to take site.

I would think that the safety of the teenagers & faculty would be a top priority because they all need to breathe in wash air. And now that there is another crisis that has risen over the last few weeks, the discussion of indoor air quality is back on the table, my associate and I have been experiencing terrible air quality in my state & have been recommended to wear masks when outdoors. And teenagers with asthma plus respiratory illnesses are being warned about the dangers of the air. If the outdoor air quality is bad, I would think that the indoor air quality inside the school buildings is impacted as well. You can literally aroma the smoke in the air that is absolutely filled with toxins plus other pollutants. So, while my associate and I can’t control the air quality outside, it would be best if my associate and I did what my associate and I could to make sure the indoor air is safe for breathing. Therefore, I think schools need to get the funding that is needed to install new Heating & A/C systems or update the ones that they have. Or perhaps install air purification systems throughout the school buildings to improve the indoor air quality. It’s the genuinely least that they could do to protect the health of the students plus the faculty.
