Man, I prefer peanut butter.

It has the ability to boost my mood and energy levels and it only costs $3 at the local supermarket, which is lucky because the peanut butter jars at condo usually don’t last honestly long.

The overheated air is coming in through the window as I work on my PC, enticing me to go to the beach. My partner and I were thinking of going camping this week, but since it’s too much hassle to get everything ready and she has to work tomorrow, we decided to just take it simple and go to the beach instead. In the afternoon, I will meet my Heating and A/C tech buddy to play music in our favorite spot by the church where the priest lives. My associate and I made a song called “By the Sea” with the lyrics: “Here we are, by the sea. I hope the priest doesn’t mind us playing music tonight.” The cooling business I work for is getting ready for their cooling system sales and services, so it’s going to be a tied up Summer between playing music and working for the Heating and A/C dealer. My associate and I have some gigs lined up at some clubs in neighborhood this Summer and will also play in the winter at a ski resort in sites with awesome fireplaces… Further down the line, if we make enough cash, my buddy and I will buy an RV with a heating and cooling system so that we can travel across the country and play music. Since some of the sites we are playing at are far away from where we live, it’s practical to have an RV, so that way, we can spend the night in climate controlled luxury after we’ve done our gig.

It’s the 28th of May, and I sit here contemplating the significance of Election Day in my region; A sense of excitement fills the air in the city.

I will make my way to the polling station once I’ve finished with my writing, my mother-in-law’s partner was selected to be an election worker this week and she was not cheerful about it, since she had to spend eight hours at the polling station.

However, she admitted that diligent election workers are necessary to assist voters and guide them through the process; The heat of the day has reminded me of the importance of heating and cooling systems, and I made a note to myself to schedule a repair plan to make sure that my device works smoothly throughout the year. All the polling stations around the city are equipped with well-tested Heating and A/C units to ensure a comfortable environment for the voters and, especially, the election workers, who have to spend pretty much all day there. Around the city, local companies proudly display their support for the democratic process. As for me, here I am in my sanctuary of tranquility working on my writing for the Heating and A/C dealer. The heat has officially arrived now, and my partner and I will go to the beach later, once I’ve finished work. At home, we rely on our air conditioner to keep us cool until we are able to head to the beach. Can you know that some schools still haven’t updated their HVAC systems? Even after the pandemic that my pal and I had, where indoor air quality became a major problem for us all.

I would know that the safety of the kids & faculty would be a top priority because they all need to breathe in scrub air. And now that there is another crisis that has risen over the last few weeks, the discussion of indoor air quality is back on the table. My pal and I have been experiencing terrible air quality in my state & have been advised to wear masks when outdoors. And kids with asthma & respiratory illnesses are being warned about the dangers of the air. If the outdoor air quality is bad, I would guess that the indoor air quality inside the school buildings is impacted as well. You can literally stink the smoke in the air that is easily filled with toxins & other pollutants. So, while my pal and I can’t control the air quality outside, it would be best if my pal and I did what my pal and I could to make sure the indoor air is safe for breathing. Therefore, I know schools need to get the funding that is needed to install modern HVAC systems or upgrade the ones that they have. Aside from wearing a mask, the experts also mentioned that it was ok to run our Heating & A/C units while the air quality is bad outside… This advice caught me by surprise because I was thinking that I should stop using my Heating & A/C component until after the air quality improves.

Turns out, if you’re like me & you have a central Heating & A/C, it will circulate & filter the indoor air, so the toxic air from outside will not get pulled into the unit. Of course, it is best to make sure that the air filter is scrub to guarantee that the indoor air is being filtered optimally. On the other hand, if you have a window air conditioner unit, it is not suggested to use it while the air quality is bad outside. I go through my teenagers’ room & pack a container for charity with outgrown clothing and old toys. Additionally, I also like to change my curtains, scrub out my closet, and scrub out my pantry. Yes, I take the term Spring cleaning really literally, & during a normal year, I would have all of this done at the beginning of the season. However, this year, I am behind & not to mention that I am yet to schedule my Heating & A/C service. Scheduling my Heating & A/C maintenance is another task on my to-do list for Spring. Though this task requires the least amount of effort on my part, it is one the most important things that I do every year, & it’s always at the top of my list. I like to schedule my Heating & A/C service during the Spring because it is slow season for Heating & A/C providers, then plus, I feel I acquire better service during this time of year because the contractor isn’t rushing through trying to get to the next appointment. So once things settle down, the first thing that I will do is to schedule my Heating & A/C service appointment. Then I will also tackle the other tasks that I need to get done.
