I was meeting with a customer on Friday and I was only a mile away from the house so I decided to stop.

I thought it would be nice to see the cats during the afternoon and I thought they would like a half second of yard time. The cats were absolutely gleeful to see me. As soon as I opened the door I saw them. They were panting and excited. it was absolutely sizzling and the doorway oh, so I closed the front door and I took off our jacket. I walked through the house and it still felt absolutely warm; When I evaluated the thermostat, I realized that the a/c was not working. I had the thermostat temperature set to 68 degrees, however the indoor temperature was 72. The cats particularly looked annoyed. Their water dish was dry. I gave them a fresh bowl of water with ice cubes and I called the a/c repair service. The lady on the iPhone was absolutely nice and helpful… She had an appointment opening immediately, although I was due back at toil shortly. I decided to stay home and cancel everything in the day. I thought the a/c was the most important concern at that time. I can’t imagine how tepid it would have been in the house, if I had not come home at dinnertime to check on the cats. My awful cats would have suffered all day while I was at work.

Everyday seems to be the same for me.

Get up at 7:30 am, eat a quick breakfast and check the news, get ready for work, work for 8 hours, come home and take care of responsibilities, enjoy a little me time and then go to bed to repeat everything again.

It just gets a little tiring after a while, because while I actually don’t mind my job, I am just tired of having the exact same schedule every single day. Really the only differences I get is on day offs, or when I have more responsibilities than usual. Whenever my HVAC unit was making a strange noise or wasn’t working as efficiently as I believe it should, then I would call an HVAC technician and have them come look at it and see what’s wrong. But until then I just left my heating and cooling system to work in the background as it does. I thought that’s how everybody was supposed to treat their HVAC component. My parents did it, my friends did it and everyone I know did the same thing. But when I stumbled upon a HVAC website it turns out I was treating my heating and AC machine all wrong. I was interested so I kept reading on, and when I did continue reading, I realized how much I was doing wrong. Apparently, you are supposed to get your heater and A/C maintenance twice a year, once in the summer and in the fall. If you don’t get annual maintenance, then you can have issues beginning to build up inside of the machine, and a HVAC specialist wouldn’t be able to warn you ahead of time. With HVAC maintenance, your HVAC will last a lot longer. I guess I should probably go ahead and call a HVAC tech out then, because I haven’t had maintenance in years.

I would prefer to workout outdoors. If the weather is decent, I like to go for a run, ride my bike or unroll my yoga mat outside. I am fortunate to reside in an area where the weather conditions are normally moderate and sunny. In the height of summer, the temperatures might climb into the high nineties with brutal humidity. All of them are quite lightweight, comfortable and accommodate freedom of movement. I’ve spent a lot of money on the best workout shoes. I purchased 3 pairs of sneakers that I vary between. Two of them are designed intended for running and the last is more of an all-around athletic sneaker. Switching between the shoes permits the materials to reset and the shoes last longer because of it. I still need to update the shoes annually. I also have a number of different water bottles. I recently found something called a camel pack that I wear while I’m running. It allows easy access to water.

I chose the gym that provides the widest variety of group classes. I enjoy having so many options to select from, every day of the month at varying times of day. The facility also includes rows of treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines and stairmasters. They include all types of stationary bikes and weight lifting machines to hit every muscle group. They built a running track around the perimeter of the facility, and I love using the swimming pool, sauna and spacious locker rooms. I completed the whole signup process totally online. I had no need to physically step inside the gym. I was so eager to get started that I drove straight to the mall and invested in a whole wardrobe of fitness attire. The fabric is intended to be breathable and wick away moisture. I also bought a good pair of running shoes. When it was time to actually visit the gym, I was rather overwhelmed. Despite appearing as if I knew what I was doing, I had no clue how to properly utilize the equipment. I was afraid of making a fool of myself or injuring myself. I chose to simply run on the treadmill because that seemed simple enough. I paid attention to the workout routines of other members. I steadily learned how to operate the other machines. I finally had the courage to sign up for one of the group classes and made some friends.
