My bestie is not a single to buy what can be considered conventional gifts.
She once paid for my dental check-up as a birthday gift to me.
She consistently put so much thought & effort into every gift she gave, a single would be deranged not to like them, then now it was my turn to come up with something equally unconventional for her & as I drove past the indoor comfort dealer I got a brilliant idea. Her home was fitted with a multi-split air conditioner & given that she had the best heat pump among the many of us, there was not much I could do to improve the heat pump upgrade. She worked on it like her baby & never failed to have annual service done. She knew more about air conditioner than I did because she spent a significant amount of time on the internet researching odd things, including cooling products & new technologies in the cooling industry. I secretly contacted the local service provider who sent a cooling expert to her beach home while she was at work. The cooling workman from the local dealer installed a wireless temperature control to upgrade her analog a single. The air conditioner setup was now something she would completely be proud of. This is a single addition to her cooling system that I knew she was going to love. The only thing remaining was to bake the chocolate cake I knew she enjoyed & her birthday surprise gift would be complete. I took the afternoon off from work for her birthday & I planned to make it the best birthday every one of us had celebrated together. I had also invited a few of our friends to celebrate.
