As a city girl, I never expected that I’d want to live somewhere rural or remote… That life always seemed isolating.
That is until I married a country boy & went to stay with his mother for a duration of two months.
After getting married, we stayed in the city environment until I got pregnant. My pregnancy was not very easy, so I quit my task & went to stay with his mom! She wanted to help me out, & I felt so amazing living in her dwelling. The countryside was something I had never experienced previously, & I enjoyed it so much! I asked my hubby if we could live in a similar area, & he agreed. Both of us moved into a farm not too far from his mother, & I got chickens, goats, ducks, & geese! Everyone in my family couldn’t believe how well I was doing in that arena. Our dwelling was charming, however we had to do something about the aged heating & cooling appliance. Both of us got it from the previous owner, & it worked well for a couple of months. But, the AC technician who came to repair it advised us to get a new one. The cooling & heating appliance we had was on its last leg. Both of us had to look into our finances & informed the tech we would be in touch when ready to replace the appliance. Eventually, we did gather enough currency & were able to call his AC business for an appointment. But, he was very busy, & it took him a number of hours to get to our dwelling & hook up the cooling & heating appliance.
