What is so special about January you may wonder. At the beginning of the year every year, I have work done on my heating and cooling unit. Last year I bought a brand new HVAC unit and it was expensive. Due it’s hefty price, it has been my goal ever since to keep it in excellent condition. I have been a loyal customer to a small heating and cooling company in my area for four years now. I prefer them over the much larger corporations and they provide great HVAC service plans. My a/c is a mini split air conditioner and I absolutely love it. I called the professional heating and cooling serviceman to come out for my yearly cleaning and maintenance. When he arrived he gave me the good news that my heater and air conditioner were in excellent condition. I was thrilled, the model I got was supposed to be very well made and long lasting and so far it has lived up to it. I’m so happy with the heating and cooling system that it has become the subject of my many conversations with my friends. Enough so to inspire some of them to buy from the same heating and cooling company. I have become a favorite customer among the employees of the heating and cooling business. The services have provided me with many lazy days of lounging in front of the a/c and it has worked out great whenever I had company over or if I needed to beat the heat on those hot summer days.
