For sure, I’m more active in retirement than I have ever been in our life.
I suppose that was by design as well.
For the multiple years prior to our retirement, our wife in addition to I both committed to a undoubtedly healthy lifestyle. That meant splitting out going from being sedentary in the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C of the office to being sedentary in our a/c at night. And the two of us had to get on a sustainable diet that didn’t just cater to our appetites. All of this worked because the two of us knew that the two of us wanted to get everything the two of us could out of the rest of our lives. Both of us were lucky to both retire at 59 in addition to we’ve been going at life since then. While our body needs a bit more care in addition to attention, I’ve never really felt more fit in addition to able in our life. That’s a good thing because the two of us like to be out of the a/c in addition to outside soaking up a single of our passions. However, a single of those passions nearly took out the Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C device that provides that attractive Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C cooling. My wife have a good flower in addition to vegetable garden. Of course, that thing needs attention when it comes to weeding, pruning in addition to feeding. Both of us were out of neighborhood a few days so the weeds got a jump on us. I thought I’d just throw out a tarp to toss all the weeds on in addition to then tote that to clippings pile. Well, maybe it was the heat although I threw that tarp on top of the Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C cabinet. It took me more than an hour to realize that I was basically just choking out our Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C unit.
