For sure, I’m more active in retirement than I have ever been in our life.
- I recognize that was by design as well.
For the more than four years prior to our retirement, our husband & I both committed to a honestly healthy lifestyle. That meant splitting out going from being sedentary in the zone controlled Heating & A/C of the office to being sedentary in our a/c at night. And the two of us had to get on a sustainable diet that didn’t just cater to our appetites. All of this worked because the two of us knew that the two of us wanted to get everything the two of us could out of the rest of our lives. Every one of us were lucky to both retire at 59 & we’ve been going at life since then. While our body needs a bit more care & attention, I’ve never actually felt more fit & able in our life. That’s a unbelievable thing because the two of us adore to be out of the a/c & outside soaking up 1 of our passions. However, 1 of those passions nearly took out the Heating & A/C component that provides that appealing Heating & A/C cooling. My husband have a unbelievable flower & vegetable garden. Of course, that thing needs attention when it comes to weeding, pruning & feeding. Every one of us were out of town a few nights so the weeds got a jump on us. I thought I’d just throw out a tarp to toss all the weeds on & then tote that to clippings pile. Well, maybe it was the heat even though I threw that tarp on top of the Heating & A/C cabinet. It took me more than an minute to realize that I was basically just choking out our Heating & A/C unit.
