Each night during the summer months, my boyfriend and I watched a few episodes of our favorite shows or we watched a movie together on the couch. Recently, it has been terribly hot and uncomfortable inside the house. With the summer months rolling in, we knew it was only going to get worse. The window unit air conditioner is great at cooling the room quickly, but with all the noise, it makes it very hard to concentrate on the show or movie that we are watching at that time. The window unit AC is so loud! We have started turning the window unit air conditioner on before we start the show so we can cool down the house. When we start the show, we turn the AC off. The location of the AC is the worst part. It is directly behind the couch and on the opposite wall of the couch. The AC is so loud and it drives me insane! It seems like the other window unit ACs in our house are not as noisy as this one, and it makes it so hard to concentrate on anything going on. I like how well the window unit AC cools the house down, but sometimes I wish we had a central AC system that was quiet and cooled the entire house to the same temperature. In the region that I live, it can be hard to regulate the temperature inside.
