The two common problems are leaking pipes, and strange sounds coming from the boiler and the pipes. These aren’t necessarily caused by the boiler itself, but rather the way it was installed and the age of the boiler. The next unit is a gas furnace. The problem with a gas furnace is that they often leak gas fumes through the furnace or the pipes, which can be dangerous or deadly. The next furnace is the electric furnace, which can have similar problems to the boiler and gas furnace, but on top of these problems, an electric furnace can also have loose or disconnected wires which cripples the whole furnace system. Most of these problems can be avoided depending on the HVAC technician that installs your heating unit. To ensure your furnace or boiler is installed correctly, do some research on the HVAC technician you are considering hiring, and choose one with a lot of experience.
