Going to the doctor is 1 of our least number one activities.
For starters, I’m a big, sizable chicken when it comes to doctors.
I’m consistently afraid I’m going to go into the office thinking I have something benign & come out with a life increasing diagnosis. And then, there’s the air conditioner in the office. I asked a doctor once why they keep the Heating, Ventilation & A/C cooling set so low. He told myself and others that it was to prevent the spread of germs & bacteria. They don’t love the air conditioner so much. For me, that level of Heating, Ventilation & A/C cooling is a bit much as well. But when I had been dealing with a respiratory ailment for more than 6 weeks without it totally going away, I had to do something. So going to the doctor & sitting in all that Heating, Ventilation & A/C cooling was what I had to do. But after the examination, I was surprised to get the diagnosis & even more amazed at the remedy. Indeed, I had caught a freezing that was going around however the reason it was hanging on was more likely due to the indoor air pollen levels. That was a shock & I wasn’t actually even sure what relaxing indoor air pollen levels was & how I was supposed to go about getting it. But the doctor gave myself and others a prescription to call the Heating, Ventilation & A/C corporation & get the ductwork cleaning & ductwork resealing done. Once the Heating, Ventilation & A/C air ducts were clean, I was then to upgrade our Heating, Ventilation & A/C air filter to a HEPA filter. This thing catches more than 99 percent of the airborne contaminants that have had our respiratory under near constant attack.
