A nice gym workout

I like to go to the beach for our workout instead of going into a building with a bunch of hot and sweaty grunting people.

They keep the air conditioner way too cold in those places and I have a hard time getting warmed up.

I like the serenity of the beach and the crisp air and sunshine. Mother Nature has her own climate control system and keeps it the ideal temperature most of the time without HVAC units or fans. I’ve been finally working out on the beach for about twenty years now after leaving the chaos of the gyms and haven’t regretted a minute of it. This week I am going to the local business to buy some new TRX straps for finally working out. I also need to go to the HVAC company and grab a washable HEPA filter for our HVAC system. This week’s workout is going to be back and biceps along with some beach volleyball games for cardio. I do yoga every afternoon at the beach house to stay loose for the games and avoid injury. Next week I am going to disinfect my air duct and vents and having a great limber back helps a lot when having to bend over for minutes on end while finally working on the ducts. I used to have lower back complications before doing yoga each afternoon but now I have no back pain at all. I like to turn on the furnace while doing yoga so it heats me up and stops me from pulling a muscle while I stretch. I’ll see you in the sand.
