I believe I am going to make tonight the most enjoyable summer time night of my life.
What is going to make it that way? Well, just by my mindset I guess, just putting out fine & lighthearted energy will make it truly happen.
It’s not very challenging to get stuck in a negative mindset, but if you erase your thoughts you can be just as free & ecstatic as anyone else because when the thoughts are erased we are honestly the same soul. It’s only our thinking mind that makes us believe we are actually different. Of course, without those thoughts we are identical. Air conditioning & heating equipment is on my mind right now but that isn’t making me feel bad, this is just what I need to consider as I write. I know, I really sound like a fool because I am not painting a clear picture of what I’m trying to say, but basically your thoughts are shaping your life. My job is pretty much writing about HVAC equipment & boilers, even though I would certainly enjoy writing a book about perfect happiness & the art of controlling the mind to make it there. It all comes down to mind control & meditation being a fine gateway to get there. I can have some pretty challenging clients at the HVAC equipment business where I easily work & if I let them get to me it would destroy my day, even though I choose to let it roll off of me similar to water rolling off of a waxed surfboard. Just let go sort of like the monks do & nothing will ever bother you in the least.
