The factory cannot reopen until the roofing work has been taken care of as well as every morning that the factory does not run the guy is losing so much cash. Happily, we do not have to worry about getting paid. We are part of the ironworkers union as well as our contract states that we still get paid if the factory is shut down for these types of reasons.
