I take my truck to a performance & custom automotive shop when I need to have the oil changed, my truck is 25 years seasoned & it has an older engine, however i like to take the truck to a place that will take care of it instead of treating it like it’s a automobile on an assembly line.
If you have a small Honda or Toyota, I recognize it’s perfectly wonderful to go to the Jiffy store to get an oil change.
If you have a large 12 quart drinking diesel truck, then it’s really better to go to a professional. I took my oil guzzling diesel truck to the performance & custom automotive shop on Monday! The woman behind the counter told me it would take about an hour to have the oil change completed. I made an appointment & I had time to wait, so I didn’t mind if it took an hour. I saw a sign in the building & the performance & custom automotive shop was hiring, then after I was done getting the oil change, I went to see my Dad & dad. My little sister has been residing there for the last 6 weeks on the couch, she hasn’t had a job in a while. I mentioned that the performance & custom automotive shop was hiring & she accused me of not helping him pursue her dream of being a dancer. As far as I am worried, my sister is a bum on the couch at my mom’s house… Until she finds a job, he’s unemplotted & it doesn’t truly matter why.
