I was watching TV the other morning plus there was a commercial from a local heating plus AC repair service. The commercial was short plus quick, but it was funny plus it caught my attention. The heating plus AC repair maintenance was advertising tune-up services. I decided to schedule an appointment for the following Monday. I entirely did not suppose what to expect, because I have never had a tune-up performed on my heating plus AC system. The price of the tune-up was so cheap. I thought I would be able to find out what the odd sound was coming from the furnace for free. When the maintenance specialist arrived, he gave me a copy of a piece of paper that included all of the items that he was going to check while he was there. There were 7 strange categories on the list; Each area of the list had a couple of items underneath the heading. The heating plus AC specialist cleaned all of the filters plus air vents plus evaluated the HVAC duct, then he also evaluated to make sure that the thermostat, carbon monoxide detector, plus smoke alarms were working officially. He evaluated all of the electrical affixions to make sure they were narrow plus free of debris. He also worked on all of the emergency features, safety devices plus controls. The appointment was thorough plus exhaustive plus I was surprised by the amount of toil that the specialist performed while he was there. He did not notice anything strange or odd as far as the furnace was anxious, although I did not hear the noise after the tune-up maintenance was performed.
