We bought a house about 5 years ago and planned on doing a lot of renovations. I guess you could call it a fixer-upper. As we were putting in laminate flooring throughout the entire downstairs my husband suggested that we simply install the radiant flooring in all the rooms and we have never regretted that decision. Not only do we have warm feet in the winter but the overall air temperature is a constant warmth. There are different types of radiant heating, you can also put in baseboard heating.
