We purchased a condo about 5 years ago & planned on doing a lot of renovations! I feel you could call it a fixer-upper.
At first my friend and I thought my friend and I just had to do basic cosmetic fix-ups but as my friend and I got into the project my friend and I realized that there were structural complications that needed to be addressed, as he’s project progressed my friend and I spent more & more money & finally came to the realization that it would take several many years to repair all that my friend and I wanted to! My associate and I cut Corners where my friend and I could but there was one area where I refused to listen to anything less than what I wanted, and that was when it came to our Heating, Ventilation & A/C system & our overall comfort. My associate and I sacrificed a lot to get projects done but I always figured that the money my friend and I spent on our heating & cooling system would be well worth the investment! One thing that I actually wanted was to have radiant flooring in the bathrooms and the family room because I did not want to have chilly chilly feet all winter season long. As my friend and I were putting in laminate flooring throughout the entire downstairs my partner suggested that my friend and I simply install the radiant flooring in all the rooms & my friend and I have never regretted that decision, and not only do my friend and I have hot feet in the winter season but the overall air temperature is a constant warmth. There are weird types of radiant heating, you can also put in baseboard heating. This is a actually weird form of heat & it’s also a cleaner form because you do not have dust particles being blown around the room. I highly suggest that you contact an Heating, Ventilation & A/C business if you are considering this type of flooring because it is worth every penny you will spend.
