A few years ago I had a lot of digestive problems.
Normally when people say this, they are trying to politely indicate that they have some leaky pipes.
When I say it, I’m trying to tell you that my pipes get clogged up and I can’t seem to clear them out. I never knew what the problem was with my digestive issues and no doctor was capable of helping me. For years I struggled with my poor body quality and dietary challenges. And then, I finally realized that I had a lot of poop anxiety. I simply freaked myself out and stalled things out with my neuroticism. That being said, you can imagine what kind of issues can be created by a simple HVAC failure in the bathroom. I’m not normally an air quality fiend, but have you ever tried to sneakily use a restroom without a working ventilation fan? Let me tell you, if I don’t have an overhead ventilation device nothing is going to happen for me. I seriously can’t make myself go unless there is a high-powered circulation fan in the area. The background sound created by the ventilation device really calms me down. Additionally, knowing that my airborne odors are being effectively removed from the air helps me chill out quite a bit. If I ever wander into someone’s restroom and find that the air quality control device is not working, I have to leave immediately. Of course, I never want to tell them that their lack of smelly air ventilation is the cause for my departure. Awkward. I would rather go home to my own ventilated bathroom than stop up my digestive system again.
