Last Winter time was busy and eventful, but our brother had come loft from the army, plus our mom was over the moon.
We weren’t really ready for this news, and so we had to hurry to get his room ready.
Plans were underway to invite lots of people over to the loft to celebrate his safe return to our town. Our relatives plus some of our friends were going to come so the two of us had to make a few repairs at the house. One issue mom was facing was numerous freezing spots in the house; She had called an Heating as well as A/C mechanic to come over to check the unit the month before. But there was no problem with the cooling system. But their issue with freezing spots kept persisting, and it was really becoming quite annoying. But then my older brother told mom to call the Heating as well as A/C mechanic to come over and explain the issue again. My brother was there to help him get the message across to the A/C expert. The A/C expert told us there must be a leak somewhere. Doing a thorough inspection of the loft would help to slim down these different places. The A/C expert began conducting the inspection on the A/C and he made some abrupt finds in the house. Part of the A/C vents were messed up. This was causing air leaks. This was why particular spots in the loft were not getting ample moderate air from the A/C unit! Another issue was the window situation. They had gaps which were also responsible for air leaks, and so even cranking up the A/C plan was not working because the air could still escape from the house. Another issue was the fact that there were dirty air vents which had blockages. The solution for this was to schedule a duct cleaning as soon as possible. My mom was glad with the results.
