Recently I have decided to remodel the bathroom.

My partner & I just purchased our first condo & the condo was almost perfect except for the bathroom.

I am not sure who lives in the condo before us & if they did this or the condo just came this way but the bathroom has got to be one of the strangest bathrooms I have ever seen. The bathtub is triangular, the toilet is right next to the sink, & the color is hideous. It’s all green! But that is not even the strangest part. The strangest section about our bathroom is that there is a heating & cooling unit; Yes, I mean a flow blown heating & AC system. The absurd thing is the heat & air conditioner proposal works too. But why would you put a heating AC proposal in the bathroom? The question I don’t suppose I willever have the answer to. There is this large air vent that is on the ceiling directly above the toilet so if you have the AC on you are going to have nothing but freezing air blasting directly down on you while you do your business. Needless to say, my partner & I are eager to get this Heating, Ventilation, & A/C proposal moved as soon as possible. We’ve already scheduled an appointment with the local heat & AC provider & they’re supposed to be out next Tuesday to take care of the issue. I willbe glad to have a normal bathroom without all the strangeness.

Yesterday my new bug zapper arrived in the mail.

When it got here I couldn’t wait to test it out.

I have been having a easily serious mosquito concern in my backyard & it’s so awful that I cannot rest outside & like myself without having the little bloodsuckers coming to bite me. But now thankfully those mornings are gone, a distant memory. I took my new electric bugs & I hung it outside out by the back porch not too far from where the heating & air conditioner proposal is. My yard isn’teasily large so I had to place it kind of close to the heating & cooling proposal which wasn’t my first spot to option because I was afraid the heat & AC proposal would make the mosquitoes less inclined to fly into the bug zapper. This is a shame because I prefer my heating & air conditioner proposal & there has no way I am turning it off because in the Summer heat there has no way I want to go without air conditioner. Thankfully, I found out that I was wrong because the bug zapper works just unbelievable & I noticed it hasn’t had an effect on the amount of mosquitoes that have been killed. It is good though because now I have been able to rest outside & really like the outdoors. I prefer to listen to the animals out at night. The owls, the crickets, the frogs. So it’s nice to be able to rest outside & like them without having to worry about getting eaten alive.

When most people around myself and others started getting smart temperature controls I didn’t want to be left out until I decided to get one too, and plus I decided to go to time to transport on to something more modern. For the longest time I have been using a basic dial temperature control, & while he had done his job well at helping myself and others maintain the temperature in my condo where I want them to be. I loved all of the things I was hearing about smart temperature controls. The main thing that was the biggest selling point for myself and others was the fact that I could control it from anywhere. I didn’t even have to be condo & yet I could control the indoor climate!? Now that is amazing! Technology has become so convenient & straight-forward. All I have to do is open an app on my iPhone & I willbe able to control my heating & AC system. Plus, the programmable temperature control can learn my schedule & have my heating & cooling proposal just the way I want it without myself and others having to tell it to do anything. Once all my family & friends started to get in to smart temperature controls I knew I wanted to join in. The timing couldn’t be more perfect either because the local heat & AC company was having a sale that was going on. I was able to get it for 30% off. Now I have a brand new smart temperature control instead of an old outdated dial temperature control.

Cooling and heating business

If you live where I live you would think why I would not want to live without any kind of heating system.

I have found myself using space oil gas furnaces a lot recently to keep myself moderate & this is because the price to keep the central heating proposal running during the freezing Winter weeks can suddenly add up & become easily extravagant.

A space heating system is a less extravagant but just as effective option to keep yourself moderate during those freezing Winter weeks. Okay, I lied a little bit when I said that it’s just as effective. The space heating system is good despite the fact that I cannot heat your entire condo unlike a correct gas oil furnace can. It’s only capable of heating up one room at a time, but if you are unbelievable with staying in one room with the space heating system you’ll feel nice & toasty all throughout the Winter & not have to worry about getting freezing at all. The space heating system is also good to have as a backup in case the main heating proposal stops toiling. I had to do my best to take fantastic care of my heating & cooling proposal so it does not chop down during the Winter weeks, but a couple years ago it did chop down during the Winter & this sort of having to call for emergency Heating, Ventilation, & A/C repair is appreciate I would have had to done, I had my space heating system that was able to save the morning. Because of this I was able to take my time having my gas oil furnace repaired.

When my window AC stopped toiling I actually wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible.

However, at the same time I actually didn’t want to have to call a heating & cooling serviceman to come out & have to repair it for me.

So I started getting the system in my head that what if I could repair it myself? So I decided to do some research online to see if I could indeed repair it myself & I found lots of video tutorials that showed how you could repair what was wrong with your window I was actually relieved that I would not have to take it to a heating & AC serviceman just to have it repaired. I watched minutes & minutes worth of videos just to see what the best way to repair it was. After a couple mornings of enjoying these videos on repeat I felt actually convinced that I would be able to do this myself. I got to work toiling on my window air conditioner proposal & sure enough within a couple minutes I had it toiling again. While I would not suggest what I do to everybody, fixing your own AC or heating proposal is considerable if it’s a straight-forward repair that can be done yourself. Anything bigger than that actually should be done by a heating & AC professional. Replace the window air conditioner proposal in the window in my family room & I have had nothing but a constant stream of cool air ever since then. My sleep has never been better.

Indoor comfort business

One month ago my bestie & I broke up & it has been difficult for myself and others ever since then.

I wish that there was a way that all of us could have made things work but all of us had just grown apart as people & so it was time for us to transport on.

One of the things that all of us have been struggling with was staying close to each other. Every one of us were trying to make a long distance relationship work & while that works for some people & unluckyly it didn’t work for us. Additionally by the time that all of us broke up all of us were pretty odd people than all of us were from the time all of us first met. Every one of us have been dating for 3 years & I really thought that he was the guy that I was going to marry. When the time did come where all of us were able to finally spend some time together he wasn’t ever able to stay at the condo easily long. He was always running off to do emergency Heating, Ventilation, & A/C repairs. He worked as a heating & AC specialist & while he was good at what he did, & I was actually proud of how fantastic he was at his job, it was just another thing that is keeping us apart because of how frequently he had to leave to do heating in AC repairs. I remember this one time all of us got to finally have some time together alone & in the middle of having dinner he had to leave to do yet another emergency heat & AC repair. Somebody didn’t have their oil furnace repaired for the Winter & now they were without heat. If you think how freezing it gets through in this area then you think that that is a real issue. I am disappointed that didn’t work out despite the fact that I hope he finds happiness in his job.

If I was to ask you what the most frustrating insect ever is, what would your answer be? Mosquitoes? Ants? Flies? Ticks? While all of the above are really high up on that list, for myself and others personally the answer isn’t any of them.

• One of the most frustrating insects in my opinion is without a doubt gnats.

I cannot rest the little things. The only thing I really hate more than gnats is mosquitos. Mosquitoes are awful in their own right, not only do they spread disease but they are appreciate flying used needles. If you live in the south you can’t go outside at all without having those little bloodsucking demons attack you. The only real solution is some bug spray or to stay inside. I suppose everyone can agree that mosquitoes are awful but I’m not here to talk about them, I’m here to talk about gnats. Now gnats are by no means the most deadly, despite the fact that I put them where they are because I find them to be the most frustrating, but why is it that gnats must always dive for your eyep when you are outside? As if being outside isn’t awful enough, it never fails that during the Summer weeks, & occasionally during the fall weeks, I somehow manage to get some in the house. It doesn’t matter how scrub I keep the house, they just refuse to go away completely. Additionally, appreciate most insects they are attracted to light so any iPad or iPhone screens they prefer to buzz around. It makes an irritating process to get anything done when you have up to 3 of them buzzing around the screen. One thing I have found that has helped myself and others some was to turn up my on full blast. They can’t fly in turbulent air so it provides some temporary relief until I can kill the rest of them. My really does a pretty fantastic job at keeping the pests at bay.

Sporadically, fun at the beach doesn’t always go as planned, but last month I made a sizable mistake by going to the beach without wearing any kind of sunscreen.

Feel free to call myself and others an idiot because for some dumb reason I got this absurd system in my head that sunscreen was really ineffective & wouldn’t do anything to protect me.

Boy, how wrong I was. I was actually convinced that I wouldn’t get burned. As if I was invincible or something. I had to learn the difficult way I think because I found out that morning that I was not only not invincible but that I burned just appreciate anybody else. After spending minutes playing games in the sand & swimming in the ocean I started to notice that my skin was turning an ugly lobster red. A few minutes after the fun was over & I went condo that was when I started to feel the heat & pain set in. Let myself and others tell you, it was not a fun experience. I knew I had been burned badly & that not putting on any sunscreen was a actually stupid descion. The only thing that I could find that would bring myself and others some temporary relief was to kneel directly underneath the air vent & allow my amazing air conditioner proposal to do its work & cool myself and others down. The freezing air to my hot skin was an amazing feeling. For the next few mornings all I would do is slather on some cooling aloe vera gel & kneel under the air conditioner unit. I don’t suppose I had ever been so thankful for Heating, Ventilation, & A/C technology in my life. The sunburn did go away in a month & I l earned to not ever not wear sunscreen. I also found a new appreciation for my appealing unit.

Sporadically it seems to think what I want before I even do

I recently updated to a new temperature control! I had been eyeing a new smart temperature control for some time. A programmable temperature control was displayed to be everything that the dial temperature control was not. A dial temperature control if you don’t think is the most basic temperature control ever & I was looking for something far more extravagant than that. I found what I was looking for in a smart temperature control. My number one feature of the smart temperature control was that I could control the temperature of my condo from anywhere. I don’t even have to be at condo to control my indoor climate! How absurd is that!? The advancements in technology never fail to amaze me. Now I have to admit that the purchase of the smart temperature control was a bit of an impulse buy, but it has got to be one the best impulse purchases that I have ever made. I prefer being able to be anywhere & adjust the temperature simply by using an app. I also prefer the fact that the smart temperature control can learn your schedule & make adjustments accordingly. Now I have the perfect temperature after coming condo from a long morning. Sporadically it seems to think what I want before I even do. It has successfully l earned my schedule & turns on the perfect temperature for myself and others everytime without fail now. Now when I come condo I get to walk into a condo with not only perfect air quality, but the perfect temperature as well. I prefer this & I don’t suppose that I would want it any other way.

Sporadically the best thing that you can do is to get some help with something.

• As much as I may not appreciate to admit it, I sometimes need help too.

This can be difficult for myself and others to admit because I have never been the kind of person that prefers to readily accept help from others. I would rather do things on my own. However, there are some things that all of us can all use a little help with, & for myself and others I couldn’t repair my by myself, then not only did I not think how, despite the fact that I felt that this was something that was best left to the professionals. I accepted that I was going to get stuck paying for a heating & air conditioner appointment so the best thing that I could do was to go & get it over with as soon as possible. I was in luck too because when I called the heating & air conditioner company in my area they had plenty of open appointments available & so I scheduled one for the next morning. The following morning a heating & serviceman came out to my condo & checked my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit. I told him that it had been previously making some peculiar noises & he told myself and others that it had some loose parts inside of it that had been rattling around. Once he fixed it the was appreciate new again. I was glad to have it repaired because I was tired of hearing the loud noises that it had been making.
